| 1 – We have Jan/San specific training data that we use along with a series of training guides to familiarize you and your staff with the STEP1 system. |
| 2 – We do a first pull of your data off of your system that we call the Training Data. Once you know the basics from the first step, then we do advanced training using your data! This is a major benefit to acclimate and comfort your staff before going live. |
| 3 – We do a second pull of your data that will be the data that you go live with. By doing this, you can practice with all aspects of running the system utilizing the Training Data in step 2, since we will be pulling again for going live. When it comes time to go live, you will be practiced and confident. Going live could not be easier!!! |

STEP1 being entirely in Windows makes a huge difference in the learning
curve. Even for me who knew Stanpak for 20 years! With Windows,
there is so much you can do with just a mouse click, and everything is so
clear. We found that much of the system you can just sit down and start
using without any help. It’s just that easy to use!
I also discovered that the remote use ability was incredibly valuable to
me. This was a new experience for me, something I didn’t have with
Stanpak. Now I just grab my laptop and go. Wherever I am, I just hook
up to the internet and it’s like being back in my office. I can do everything
right from my laptop as if I was sitting at my desk! |
