STEP1 User Group Meeting

After a big success in 2010, we are preparing for the 2011 STEP1 Support User's Group Meeting. By popular demand, we will be returning to the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa in Ft. Myers, Florida.
This Year's Highlights
Last year we introduced Dimensions, our new Business Intelligence system. This year there are a good number of enhancements that will be demonstrated and discussed. Hal will also be discussing Strategic Planning tactics for your business.
Mobile Tools
We will be discussing our plans for the new generation of mobile devices, including smart phones and tablets; be prepared to offer your input and ideas.
Branch Enhancements
The new wave of branch purchasing enhancements will be unveiled, and we will also be discussing other new features that will be contained in version 7.33.
A Great Time to Learn
We will be offering learning opportunities for all skill levels of STEP1 users. At the 2010 show, we had users in attendance that had been with us for 25+ years, and others that were brand new just gone live, and everywhere in between!!! Several of the attendees were 'new' users that had been on STEP1 for 1 year or less. It was excellent to get such a strong showing from our new users!
Last year we extended the conference to three days instead of two. That worked out very well, everybody had fun going out on our 'restaurant excursion' as well as the luxurious Dinner Cruise aboard the Sanibel Resort yacht. We will be enjoying the same amenities this year, so come join us. Learn a lot and have a wonderful time doing so.

This is not a 'sales pitch' conference for us to sell new products to you. This is a learning conference for you to get more out of your STEP1 system. Just ask anybody that goes! We get a tremendous return rate of people coming back year after year (runs about 80%, and most of the 20% that don't return had schedule conflicts!). That wouldn't happen if attendees felt we were trying to overcharge them or tried to sell them items when they came there to learn!
